Just like with physical cash you need a wallet to store your money (for Bitcoin/Litecoin we recommend Electrum/Electrum Litecoin, for Ethereum MyEtherWallet). Creating one is completely free and takes minutes. Then you need to exchange some of your national currency (fiat currency, like USD or EUR) for selected cryptocurrency. There are dozens of cryptocurrency exchanges. Some big international ones are Bitfinex, Coinbase and Bitstamp. Once you have money in your wallet you pay with it just like you would with regular cash. You simply go to https://megacheats.io/subscription and make a payment.
